Category Creation Statement: Timing Intelligence™

XORA creates and defines a new technological category: Pre-Decision Timing Intelligence.

Where existing wearables, apps, and analytics systems measure the body after actions are taken, 

XORA is the first system designed to detect, interpret, and act on human physiological signals in the critical moment before a decision is made.

Under USPTO Patent Application #19/468,054, XORA introduces a novel class of technology comprising:

• The XORA Ring: A wearable sensing device engineered specifically for pre-decision physiological signal detection, not post-event tracking.
   
• The XORA Platform: A real-time intelligence system that transforms raw bio signals into decision-timing guidance.
   
• Timing Intelligence™: A new computational discipline focused on when a decision should or should not be made, not merely what happened or what might happen.
   
• Pre-Decision Signals: A newly defined data class representing physiological, neurological, and autonomic indicators that emerge before conscious choice or action.
   
• Pre-Decision Timing Intelligence Algorithms: Proprietary, outcome-agnostic algorithms that detect, classify, and interpret these signals to determine decision readiness, risk state, and cognitive-emotional alignment in real time.
